Shipping Policy

Welcome to Locke Organics! We’re excited to deliver our products to your doorstep. Please review our shipping policy to understand how we handle orders and deliveries.

Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 3 business days.

• Orders placed after 3 PM PST will be processed the next business day.

• During peak seasons or sales, processing times may be slightly longer. We’ll communicate any significant delays via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• For orders under $75, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the package weight and destination.

• For orders over $75, there is a flat shipping rate of $15.

• Standard shipping takes approximately 5 business days.

• Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.

Domestic Shipping

• We currently ship to all U.S. states.

International Shipping

• At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Order Changes & Cancellations

• If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us at support@lockeorganics.com within 24 hours of placing it. After this window, we may not be able to accommodate changes as your order may already be in process.

Lost or Damaged Packages

• We strive to ensure your order arrives safely. If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at support@lockeorganics.com with your order details and photos of any damage. We’ll work to resolve the issue promptly.
